NCHSWLA dues are used to cover costs associated with the state championship tournament, conference and state awards, annual member meeting, board meetings, and general member support. Typically, dues are announced at the fall member meeting and due to the current treasurer by December 1 of the same year. Checks should be made payable to NCHSWLA. New teams must complete a NCHSWLA application and return it to the secretary preferably by September 15 (see Membership Application). Returning member teams do NOT need to complete an application but should send updated contact information to the secretary. Dues deadlines are the same for new and returning teams. Referee assignors operate separately from the NCHSWLA but we work together to keep members informed about annual assignor fees, rule changes and interpretation meetings, etc. Assignors directly contact teams in their area about annual dues and schedule deadlines (usually between October and February depending on the assignor). Assignor fees for the 2008 season are $125. Do not send to NCHSWLA treasurer. Assignors will contact and collect fees directly from member teams. |
